Project Overview
Location: Saudi Arabia
Equipment: HGL20 Crawler Concrete Placing Boom
Placing Height: 20 m
Slewing Range: 360°
Application: Commercial Building Construction

Customer Requirement
The customer was carrying out a multi-story commercial building project, where concrete placing was required continuously as construction progressed. Since the pouring areas changed from one stage to another, the customer needed a placing solution that could be easily repositioned and adapt to changing site conditions. The customer therefore needed a machine that could move independently around the construction site and serve multiple pouring areas.
The customer also wanted sufficient placing height and a wide slewing range, especially for working areas located farther from the equipment position. This would help reduce the need to frequently relocate the machine during concrete placing.
Our Solution
To address the customer's need to frequently adjust the pouring position, we recommended the HGL20 crawler concrete placing boom. Compared with fixed placing equipment, its crawler-based design makes it easier to reposition the machine around the construction site as the project progresses.
For the multi-story building project, the HGL20 provides a 20 m placing height and 360° slewing range, allowing it to cover a relatively large working area. Its four-section M-type boom can be unfolded and adjusted according to the actual pouring position, making concrete placement more flexible.
For daily operation, the machine supports wireless analog control, allowing operators to control the equipment from a suitable position according to site conditions. The diesel-powered system also makes the machine suitable for mobile construction environments where a fixed power supply may not always be available.
Overall, the solution was designed to address the customer's key needs for equipment mobility, concrete placing coverage, and operational flexibility.

Customer Feedback
After the equipment was put into operation, the customer was satisfied with its overall performance. Compared with the previous need to repeatedly adjust the equipment position, the HGL20 made concrete placing arrangements more flexible, allowing the construction team to reposition the machine according to the day's work schedule.
The customer also found the equipment straightforward and convenient for daily operation. During different stages of the multi-story construction project, the machine worked well with the site's concrete placing schedule without adding unnecessary work to the construction process.

Project Highlights
● Flexible relocation between different working areas
