Single Girder Overhead Crane (EOT Crane) is lightweight, cost-effective indoor overhead lifting equipment running on factory runway beams, widely used for light & medium-duty material transportation.
We provide two mainstream series: LD Standard Single Girder Crane and HD European Low Headroom Single Girder Crane, fully certified CE, ISO9001, FEM, DIN. With Q345B high-strength box girder, VFD variable frequency drive, dual control modes and complete safety devices, lifting capacity covers 0.5t-32 ton, span & lifting height fully customizable. Low dead weight reduces factory bearing pressure and construction investment, stable operation, low noise and easy maintenance.
According to different lifting environments and special requirements, LB, LDY, LDZ, LX series products can also be selected.

HD European Standard Single Girder Crane
Efficient space utilization and high-precision lifting solutions
Technical features: HD European Low Headroom Single Girder Crane complies with FEM / DIN European lifting standard.Its compact low-profile trolley greatly maximizes effective lifting height. Full VFD integrated three-in-one drive (reducer, motor, and brake), compact structure, smooth operation, precise positioning, and reliable quality, low wear, long service life. Working class A5.

LD Standard Single Girder Crane
Traditional mature and cost-effective lifting solutions
Technical features: LD type single girder crane is a classic economical overhead crane with mature stable structure, equipped with national standard box girder and CD/MD dual-speed wire rope hoist. With simple structure, easy operation and low maintenance cost, working class A3-A4.
Ideal for: Daily low and medium frequency lifting work. Widely used in ordinary small and medium factories, general warehousing and standard production lines.

LDY Metallurgical Single Girder Crane
Specially designed for high-temperature smelting of metals
Technical features: The LDY type Metallurgical Single Girder Crane is primarily used in casting and smelting sites where molten metal is handled. The main beam of the crane has undergone special heat insulation treatment, and it is equipped with a dedicated metallurgical electric hoist and high-temperature resistant steel wire ropes. It is not recommended to exceed a tonnage of 10 tons.
Ideal for: Steel plants, foundries, heat treatment plants.

LB Explosion-Proof Single Girder Crane
Specially designed for explosive and hazardous environments
Technical features: The LB explosion-proof single girder EOT crane is equipped with full flameproof electrical parts and anti-spark mechanical structure, with Ex d II BT4 / CT4 options, T4 low surface temperature and complete safety devices, complying with IEC & CE standards. Standard capacity 1–20 ton.
Ideal for: Workshops with flammable gas or combustible dust, such as paint shops, chemical plants, pharmaceutical plants, oil depots, hydrogen and acetylene workshops.

LDZ Grab Single Girder Crane
Lifting solution for bulk cargo
Technical features: The LDZ Grab Single Girder Crane is equipped with electric/hydraulic grab bucket for automatic bulk material loading. Fully sealed dustproof structure, anti-leakage, wireless remote control. It can be made into an explosion-proof version, suitable for flammable and explosive bulk material storage areas.
Ideal for: Coal yards, port terminals, sand & stone stockyards, grain silos, scrap metal workshops, waste treatment plants, and granular bulk cargo handling.

LX Underslung Single Girder Crane
Underslung installation structure maximizes space saving
Technical features: The LX underslung single girder crane is underslunged under the plant’s roof I-beam or H-beam track. No independent runway girders and supporting columns on both sides of the workshop, saving floor space completely. Lifting capacity: 0.5–10 ton, designed for intermittent light-load handling.
Ideal for: Narrow, light-load small workshops; Low-ceiling compact warehouses; Old factories with no reserved overhead crane runway beams; Light-duty production lines.

How to Choose the Right Single Girder Overhead Crane?
To pick a proper single girder EOT crane, follow 7 steps: confirm lifting parameters → define duty class → judge special working environment → match hoist type → select auxiliary safety functions → check plant bearing structure → compare budget & factory qualification.
LD, HD, LB, LDY, LDZ, LX correspond to ordinary, low-headroom, explosion-proof, metallurgical, grab and suspension scenarios respectively.

Step 1: Confirm Lifting Technical Parameters
● Rated lifting capacity: Calculate the maximum weight of goods to be lifted, leave a 10%–20% safety margin, do not choose a crane with a capacity equal to the heaviest workpiece.
● Span of workshop: Measure center distance of two runway beams as standard span; HD supports max 31.5m, LX suspension is limited to 16m.
● Lifting height: Measured from the floor to the hook’s highest point. This determines the required wire rope drum size and impacts the factory’s vertical clearance.
● Lifting speed & travel speed: Simple warehouse, intermittent use: CD single speed fixed 8m/min, low cost; Mold assembly, precise fitting: MD dual speed (8/0.8 m/min) or HD full variable frequency.
Step 2: Confirm Working Duty Class
● A3/A4 Light & medium intermittent duty: For maintenance shops, spare parts warehouses, low daily operation frequency. Model: LD, LX, LB.
● A5 Medium heavy frequent production duty: Daily continuous loading, regular near-full load, most popular for export. HD European standard A5 (FEM 2M).
● A6 Heavy multi-shift duty: Multi-shift continuous heavy load, high impact. Only LDY metallurgical type is applicable; single girder are not recommended above A6.
Step 3: Confirm Working Environment Special Requirements
● Ordinary normal environment (no hazard, normal temperature): Choose standard LD single girder crane, economical and widely used.
● Low ceiling, limited vertical space: Select HD European Low Headroom type, compact trolley reduces headroom occupation and maximizes effective lifting height.
● Flammable & explosive gas/solvent workshop (paint, chemical, pharmaceutical, oil depot): Choose LB explosion-proof single girder, Ex d II BT4 / CT4 optional for Zone 1 & Zone 2.
● High temperature hot casting, molten metal workshop: LDY heat insulation metallurgical single girder with high-temperature resistant hoist.
● Bulk granular cargo (coal, sand, grain, mineral slag): LDZ grab bucket single girder with electric grab for automatic bulk grabbing.
● Light steel plant, narrow workshop without side runway beams: LX underslung suspension crane, suspended under roof I-beam, no supporting girders required.
Step 4: Select Hoist Configuration
● CD single speed wire rope hoist: Low cost, simple structure, for general non-precise lifting.
● MD dual speed wire rope hoist: Fast speed for efficiency, slow speed for accurate positioning, mold & assembly workshops preferred.
● Integrated VFD European hoist (HD exclusive): Stepless speed regulation, low noise, small vibration, high positioning accuracy, export high-end configuration.

● Control mode: pendant push button /wireless remote control /cabin control.
● Safety devices: overload limiter, upper & lower limits, anti-collision buffer, emergency stop.
● Driving type: fixed speed /variable frequency drive (smooth start & stop, reducing impact to workpiece).
Step 6: Verify Plant Civil Structure Condition
● Overhead runway beam bearing capacity: Calculate total crane dead weight + max load, confirm beam load limit provided by construction factory.
● LX suspension special check: Roof I-beam bearing capacity must meet suspension wheel pressure.
● Space clearance: Confirm side distance between crane and wall, avoid collision during travelling.

We provide standardized delivery services for all series of single girder overhead cranes. Before shipment, we verify main components, electric hoists, electrical systems and all accessories according to packing lists to ensure completeness. Steel structures are protected against rust and scratches, while precision electrical parts are packaged with shockproof, moisture-proof and dust-proof materials. Rainproof reinforcement is applied for outdoor transportation. We monitor logistics in real time for on-time delivery and assist customers with on-site unpacking, inspection and handover.
Installation Service Introduction
Our certified professional installation team provides standardized one-stop installation, commissioning and acceptance services in strict accordance with national codes and safety standards, ensuring compliant installation, stable operation and reliable performance of single girder overhead cranes.
Our service covers site surveys, construction plan formulation, track adjustment, beam assembly, hoist positioning, electrical wiring, safety device commissioning, overall calibration, no-load/load trial operation and final acceptance. On-site Cooperation Requirements for Customers
● Site and Foundation Condition Cooperation: The customer shall complete the construction of crane beams, track foundations and embedded parts in accordance with drawings and national standards. Clean the construction site to ensure sufficient working space, and provide windproof, rainproof and drainage measures. Suspend construction in severe weather as required.
● Power Resource Supporting Cooperation: The customer shall provide stable 380V three-phase industrial power supply with qualified distribution box, leakage and overload protection near the working area to ensure uninterrupted power supply during installation, commissioning and trial operation, with dedicated personnel for power management.
● Equipment Arrival and Hoisting Cooperation: Upon equipment arrival, the customer shall assign staff to cooperate with unpacking, inspection and handover. Prepare hoisting equipment such as truck cranes and forklifts, together with necessary tools and auxiliary labor to assist in unloading, handling and hoisting.
● On-site Safety and Construction Cooperation: The customer shall manage on-site safety, install safety barriers and warning signs, remove potential hazards and restrict unauthorized access. Cooperate with construction access procedures and safety briefings, assign on-site coordinators to resolve site and cross-operation issues and ensure valid working conditions.
● Acceptance and Training Cooperation: After commissioning, the customer shall arrange relevant personnel to cooperate with trial operation, testing and final acceptance. Participate in operation, maintenance and safety training to ensure standardized operation, and cooperate with equipment filing and annual inspection procedures.
