The stationary asphalt mixing plant is a specialized equipment for manufacturing various asphalt mixtures, integrating drying, screening, accurate batching, forced mixing, dust collection and eco-friendly treatment. It mixes aggregates and fillers of different particle sizes in specified proportions with asphalt as the binder to form homogeneous mixtures at a preset temperature. Stationary Asphalt Batch Mix Plants

Stationary Asphalt Drum Mix Plants
● Core Features: Drying and mixing are carried out continuously within the same drum, without batching. It delivers stable output, low energy consumption and a simple structure, with slightly lower weighing precision.
● Capacity Range: 20-100 t/h
● Metrology Method: Volume + Flow Dynamic metering.
● Mixing Method: Continuous mixing via material tumbling inside the drum
● Mixing Cycle: Uninterrupted (continuous discharge).
● Heating Method: Co-current drying following material flow
● Asphalt Temperature: 120-180℃
● Applicable Scenarios: Municipal roads, county and township roads, projects with long construction periods, large quantities of work, and no need for frequent formula adjustments; projects with limited budgets, constrained sites, and a focus on low-cost operations.
