Transfer Cart (also widely known as Electric Transfer Cart) is a heavy-duty industrial material handling vehicle designed for cross-span, intra-workshop, and factory-to-factory heavy cargo transportation.

Our industrial transfer carts cover rail-guided (KP series) and trackless (BWP series) full product lines, with multiple power supply modes including battery power, low-voltage rail power, and cable reel power.

Different from light-duty trolleys, our heavy transfer carts are professionally built for heavy-load working conditions ranging from 5 to 500 tons, featuring a thickened box-beam frame, anti-deformation structure, wireless remote control operation, and multi-dimensional safety protection, adapting to 24-hour continuous industrial operation.

This rail transfer cart is powered by on-board maintenance-free lithium or lead-acid batteries and driven by DC motors. It operates fully without external power cables and features unrestricted travel range. Compatible with curved rails and turnouts, the cart boasts great flexibility and maneuverability. Track insulation is not required, and no on-site wiring construction is necessary.
