The double girder gantry crane is heavy-duty, high-efficiency outdoor lifting equipment with a rigid double main girder structure. It is widely applied in factories, construction sites, railway yards, ports and other places.
Our product line covers MG full gantry cranes, NMG European lightweight gantry cranes and BMG semi-gantry cranes for general industrial hoisting. For heavy components and port logistics applications, we also supply RTG rubber-tyred gantry cranes and RMG rail-mounted container gantry cranes.

MG Series Double Girder Gantry Crane
Technical features: As the most widely used universal standard model in the industry, it features full box-type welded main girder, rigid overall structure, smooth operation and excellent wind resistance. It supports single and double cantilever customization. Lifting Capacity: 5t-500t, working duty class A5-A8.
Ideal for: Ports, material yards, factories, large construction projects and other conventional and heavy-duty high-frequency operation scenarios.
NMG European Standard Double Girder Gantry Crane
Technical features: NMG series are mainstream European-style double-girder full gantry cranes. They are designed strictly in accordance with FEM European crane standards. Compared with conventional domestic MG cranes, they feature a lightweight structure, low wheel load, compact dimensions, low energy consumption and low noise. Equipped with three-in-one frequency conversion drive and PLC intelligent control system, they operate smoothly and deliver high positioning accuracy. Lifting Capacity: 20t–500t, working duty class A5–A7.
Ideal for: High-precision and high-frequency lifting in workshops, stockyards and modern manufacturing plants.
BMG Double Girder Semi-Gantry Crane
Technical features: The BMG series is the professional double girder semi-gantry crane model. One rigid support leg travels on the ground, while the other side is supported by the steel beams/rails of the factory building. It retains the high load capacity and stability of the double girder structure, saving factory space and construction costs. It is suitable for medium-and-heavy load operations in space-restricted working conditions. Lifting Capacity: 5t–32t, working duty class A5–A6.

RTG Rubber Tyre Double Girder Gantry Crane
Technical features: The RTG double girder gantry crane is a trackless mobile gantry crane with full rubber tire traveling mechanism, no need for fixed ground rails, flexible and free on-site movement. It features superior terrain adaptability, no foundation installation requirements and flexible transition across multiple working areas. It is applicable to cement, gravel and uneven ground conditions. Lifting Capacity: 10t–300t, working duty class A5–A7.

Technical features: The RMG series is a professional rail-mounted double girder gantry crane specially designed for port container handling. We offer standardized delivery services for all series of cranes. Before shipment, we inspect main components, electric hoists/winch trolleys, electrical systems and all accessories according to packing lists to ensure completeness. On-site Cooperation Requirements for Customers
● Site and Foundation Condition Cooperation: The customer shall complete the construction of crane beams, track foundations and embedded parts in accordance with drawings and national standards. Clean the construction site to ensure sufficient working space, and provide windproof, rainproof and drainage measures. Suspend construction in severe weather as required.
● Power Resource Supporting Cooperation: The customer shall provide stable 380V three-phase industrial power supply with qualified distribution box, leakage and overload protection near the working area to ensure uninterrupted power supply during installation, commissioning and trial operation, with dedicated personnel for power management.
● Equipment Arrival and Hoisting Cooperation: Upon equipment arrival, the customer shall assign staff to cooperate with unpacking, inspection and handover. Prepare hoisting equipment such as truck cranes and forklifts, together with necessary tools and auxiliary labor to assist in unloading, handling and hoisting.
● On-site Safety and Construction Cooperation: The customer shall manage on-site safety, install safety barriers and warning signs, remove potential hazards and restrict unauthorized access. Cooperate with construction access procedures and safety briefings, assign on-site coordinators to resolve site and cross-operation issues and ensure valid working conditions.
● Acceptance and Training Cooperation: After commissioning, the customer shall arrange relevant personnel to cooperate with trial operation, testing and final acceptance. Participate in operation, maintenance and safety training to ensure standardized operation, and cooperate with equipment filing and annual inspection procedures.
