Working Principle

XINGHUOTEC Sand Washer uses the combined action of mechanical stirring and water flow to remove impurities from sand materials. During operation, the equipment continuously mixes and washes sand inside the tank, separating clay, dust and other unwanted particles from the surface of sand grains. Lightweight impurities are discharged with overflow water, while cleaned sand is collected after washing and dewatering.

Wheel Sand Washer

The motor drives the impeller wheel through the V-belt, reducer and gear transmission system. The rotating wheel continuously agitates and lifts sand materials in the washing tank. Through friction between particles and continuous water washing, impurities are removed, and clean sand is discharged after being lifted by the wheel.

Spiral Sand Washer

The spiral blade rotates slowly under the drive of the motor, continuously stirring and pushing sand materials inside the tank.
