The client is a well-established local engineering contractor in Malaysia, focusing on small and medium-sized infrastructure and civil construction projects. Featuring scattered construction sites, temporary operation yards, short construction cycles and frequent site transfers, the project cannot adapt to traditional fixed concrete batching plants, which are plagued by high civil engineering costs, cumbersome relocation and long commissioning cycles. The client was in urgent need of a flexible, efficient, foundation-free and easy-to-move concrete production solution.

1. Integrated Trailer Design, Ultimate Mobility & Rapid Relocation
Adopting an integrated trailer-mounted structure, the equipment integrates batching, weighing, conveying, mixing and control systems as a whole, equipped with a walking tire traction chassis that can be towed by an ordinary industrial tractor. No massive component disassembly is required, and overall relocation can be completed within one day, perfectly suitable for multi-point and linearly scattered infrastructure construction scenarios.
2. No Complex Civil Foundation, Cost & Efficiency Optimization
Different from traditional stationary batching plants, YHZS-40 requires no large-scale concrete foundation pouring. It can be installed and put into production with only simple site leveling and compaction, and all commissioning work can be completed within 2-3 days for formal operation. It greatly reduces foundation material and labor costs while shortening construction time, making it suitable for various temporary and space-constrained construction sites.
3. Standard Forced Mixer, Stable & High-Quality Output
Equipped with a twin-shaft forced mixer, the plant features high mixing uniformity and fast mixing speed, capable of stably producing commercial concrete of C15-C40 grades. The full set of high-precision independent weighing systems for aggregate, cement, water and admixtures ensures accurate proportioning and controllable errors, and the finished concrete fully meets local engineering acceptance standards in Malaysia.
4. Special Optimization for Tropical Working Conditions
Targeting Malaysia’s tropical climate with high temperature, high humidity, heavy rainfall and high salt fog, the whole equipment adopts thickened anti-corrosion spraying technology, and the electric control system is treated with moisture-proof, dust-proof and waterproof sealing. Core electrical components adopt industrial-grade waterproof parts. The whole plant adapts to the local 415V/50Hz industrial voltage in Malaysia, requiring no additional transformer renovation and ready for use after landing.
5. Intelligent Automatic Control System, Low Operation Threshold
Equipped with a PLC touch screen full-automatic control system, it supports storage and one-click switching of multiple concrete formulas, with optional automatic/manual operation modes.
