Working Principle

Jaw Crusher works through the reciprocating movement of the movable jaw plate driven by the eccentric shaft mechanism. The motor transmits power to the eccentric shaft through the belt drive, causing the movable jaw plate to move periodically toward and away from the fixed jaw plate.

When the movable jaw plate approaches the fixed jaw plate, the material entering the crushing chamber is compressed, squeezed and crushed under strong pressure. When the movable jaw plate moves away, the crushed material is discharged through the outlet under the action of gravity.

Through continuous compression and release cycles, the jaw crusher gradually reduces large-sized materials into smaller particles. The optimized crushing chamber design and adjustable discharge opening allow flexible control of output size, ensuring efficient crushing performance and stable production.
