Project Overview
Location: Turkmenistan
Equipment: JBS40-10-84R Diesel Concrete Mixer Pump
Application: Building & Infrastructure Construction
Max. Theoretical Concrete Output: 40 m³/h
Diesel Engine Power: 84 kW

Customer Requirement
The customer in Turkmenistan was working on a building and infrastructure construction project where concrete placing was required across different working areas. As some pouring points were located relatively far from each other and the work areas changed with the construction progress, the customer needed a machine that could maintain a steady concrete supply while adapting to different site conditions.
The customer was particularly concerned about operation without a fixed power supply and the efficiency of delivering concrete from the preparation point to the pouring area. Rather than simply looking for higher capacity, the customer placed more emphasis on whether the equipment could keep pace with daily construction work and reduce waiting caused by an interrupted concrete supply.
Our Solution
To meet the needs of the project, we selected the JBS40-10-84R diesel concrete mixer pump as a practical solution for on-site concrete production and delivery. By integrating mixing and pumping functions into one machine, it allows freshly mixed concrete to be prepared and transported directly to the pouring area, simplifying the overall workflow.
With a theoretical output of 40 m³/h and a maximum pumping pressure of 10 MPa, the equipment provides sufficient capacity for continuous concrete supply during building and infrastructure construction. Its theoretical horizontal conveying distance of up to 400 m also allows concrete to reach relatively distant pouring points without frequent equipment relocation.
The 84 kW diesel engine enables independent operation where a fixed power supply is not readily available. Meanwhile, the 400 L hopper supports continuous feeding, and the S-valve pumping system helps maintain smooth and stable concrete delivery.
For the concrete materials used on site, the machine can handle aggregates up to 40–50 mm in diameter. Overall, the solution provides the customer with a practical way to maintain continuous concrete supply and flexible delivery across different working areas.
Customer Feedback
"The machine fits our way of working on site very well. We do not need to rely on a fixed power supply all the time, and we can adjust the pouring position according to the construction schedule. Concrete can be mixed on site and pumped directly to the required area, making the overall process smoother and meeting our main needs."
Project Highlights
● Steady concrete supply for changing work areas
● Flexible delivery to distant pouring points
● Independent diesel power for on-site operation
