Working Principle
The main working component of the Heavy Hammer Crusher is the rotor equipped with hammer heads. The rotor consists of the main shaft, discs, pin shafts and hammer heads.
During operation, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed inside the crushing chamber. Materials enter through the upper feeding opening and are crushed by the impact, striking, shearing and grinding actions of the high-speed hammer heads.
The crushed materials smaller than the screen opening pass through the screen plate and are discharged, while larger particles remain in the crushing chamber for further impact and grinding until reaching the required size.
