A Double Girder Overhead Crane is a heavy-duty industrial lifting equipment designed for large tonnage, long span and high-frequency working conditions. The crane adopts double box girder structure, composed of main girders, end carriages, electric hoist/winch trolley, traveling mechanism and a full electrical control system. With high overall rigidity, strong bearing capacity and high working duty classification, it is the preferred lifting equipment for heavy industrial workshops.

Fitted with an integrated electric wire rope hoist trolley, LH type crane has a compact overall structure, light self-weight and low running resistance. It strikes a perfect balance between cost efficiency and performance. Equipped with CD single-speed & MD dual-speed wire rope electric hoist, capacity 3-50 ton, duty class A3–A5.

On-site Cooperation Requirements for Customers
● Site and Foundation Condition Preparation: The customer shall complete the construction of crane beams, track foundations and embedded parts in accordance with drawings and national standards. Clean the construction site to ensure sufficient working space, and provide wind-proof, rain-proof and drainage facilities. Suspend construction in severe weather as required.
● Power Resource Supporting Cooperation: The customer shall provide stable 380V three-phase industrial power with a qualified distribution box, leakage and overload protection devices near the working area to ensure uninterrupted power during installation, commissioning and trial operation, with dedicated personnel for power management.
● Equipment Arrival and Hoisting Cooperation: Upon equipment arrival, the customer shall assign staff to cooperate with unpacking, inspection and handover. Prepare hoisting equipment such as truck crane and forklift, together with necessary tools and auxiliary labor to assist in unloading, handling and hoisting.
● On-site Safety and Construction Cooperation: The customer shall manage on-site safety, install safety barriers and warning signs, remove potential hazards and restrict unauthorized access. Cooperate with site entry procedures and safety briefings, assign on-site coordinators to resolve site and cross-operation issues and ensure valid working conditions.
● Acceptance and Training Cooperation: After commissioning, the customer shall arrange relevant personnel to cooperate with trial operation, testing and final acceptance.
