Project Overview
Location: Uzbekistan
Equipment: 200–250 TPH Stationary Crushing and Screening Plant
Raw Material: River Stone
Max. Feed Size: ≤630 mm
Final Product Sizes: 0–5 mm, 5–10 mm, 10–20 mm

Customer Requirement
The customer is a local aggregate supplier in Uzbekistan who planned to expand its production capacity to meet the demand for construction aggregates. The customer intended to process locally available river stone and required a stationary crushing and screening plant with a capacity of 200–250 TPH.
The raw material has a maximum feed size of approximately 630 mm, and the customer required the finished material to be separated into three sizes: 0–5 mm, 5–10 mm, and 10–20 mm.
Since the plant would be operated continuously in Uzbekistan, the customer also expected the equipment to maintain stable performance under the local hot, dry summers, cold winters, and dusty working conditions.
Our Solution
Based on the customer's production capacity, raw material, final product requirements, and local operating conditions, we designed a 3-stage stationary crushing and screening plant consisting of a vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, two hydraulic cone crushers, and a vibrating screen.
The raw river stone is first fed into the ZSW1100×4900 vibrating feeder, which provides a continuous and controlled material flow to the primary crushing stage. Fine particles can be screened out before the material enters the jaw crusher, helping reduce the amount of fines entering the primary crusher.
The material then enters the PE750×1060 jaw crusher for primary crushing, reducing the large river stones to a suitable size for subsequent processing.
After primary crushing, the material is conveyed to the cone crushing section. The HP300 hydraulic cone crusher performs the main secondary crushing, while the HP200 hydraulic cone crusher provides further size reduction within the crushing circuit.
The crushed material is then sent to the 3YA2460 vibrating screen for final classification. The screening system separates the material into 0–5 mm, 5–10 mm, and 10–20 mm finished aggregates. Oversized material is returned to the cone crushing section for further processing.
Considering the local climate, appropriate cooling, dust-protection, and low-temperature operating measures are applied to key hydraulic and electrical components to improve the plant's adaptability to Uzbekistan's operating environment.
Key Equipment Parameters
Production Process
River Stone → Vibrating Feeder → Jaw Crusher → Hydraulic Cone Crusher → Hydraulic Cone Crusher → Vibrating Screen → Finished Aggregates
Oversized material from the screening stage is returned to the cone crushing section for further crushing, forming a continuous crushing and screening circuit.

Project Highlights
● 200–250 TPH stable production capacity with a 3-stage crushing and screening process designed for continuous river stone processing.
● Multi-stage crushing configuration combining a PE750×1060 jaw crusher with HP300 and HP200 hydraulic cone crushers for efficient size reduction and stable product grading.
● Three finished aggregate sizes — 0–5 mm, 5–10 mm, and 10–20 mm — suitable for road construction, concrete production, and other infrastructure applications.
● Closed-circuit crushing and screening allows oversized material to return for further crushing, helping maintain consistent product sizes and efficient material flow.
● Adapted to Uzbekistan's climate, with appropriate cooling, dust-protection, and low-temperature operating measures for key hydraulic and electrical components.

Project Results
The stationary crushing and screening plant has been put into operation in Uzbekistan and is currently running in stable production. During operation, the plant achieves an actual processing capacity of approximately 220–230 t/h, meeting the customer's required production range of 200–250 t/h.
During continuous operation, the plant runs steadily and consistently produces 0–5 mm, 5–10 mm, and 10–20 mm aggregates. The finished materials have relatively uniform particle sizes and meet the customer's requirements for different aggregate applications, including road construction and concrete production.
The customer is satisfied with the plant's production capacity, operating stability, and finished aggregate quality. The plant is currently in regular operation and provides a stable supply of graded aggregates for local construction and infrastructure projects.
