Customer Requirement

The customer was undertaking a building construction project in Niger, where concrete needed to be prepared and delivered at different locations on the job site. The construction site had limited space for setting up separate mixing and pumping equipment, while access to a stable power supply was also not always convenient.

The customer was therefore looking for a compact solution that could mix and pump concrete in one machine, reducing the need for additional equipment and simplifying concrete handling on site.

Another important consideration was the distance between the concrete preparation area and the pouring points. The customer needed sufficient pumping capacity to deliver concrete to different working positions without frequent equipment relocation. Since the project was located in a relatively demanding construction environment, reliable diesel power and straightforward operation were also important.

Our Solution

Based on the customer's working conditions, we recommended the JBS40-10-82R diesel concrete mixer pump. The machine combines concrete mixing and pumping functions, allowing the customer to prepare and continuously deliver concrete with one piece of equipment.

With a theoretical concrete output of up to 40 m³/h and a maximum pumping pressure of 10 MPa, the equipment can meet the concrete supply requirements of typical building construction projects. Its 0.56 m rated feed capacity and 0.45 m³ rated discharge capacity provide a practical balance between mixing efficiency and continuous pumping.

The machine is powered by an 82 kW Weichai diesel engine, making it suitable for construction sites where fixed electrical power may be unavailable or inconvenient. The S valve and Φ180 × 1000 mm concrete cylinders provide stable concrete conveying performance, while the 400 L hopper allows for convenient material feeding during operation.

With a theoretical conveying distance of up to 120 m vertically and 400 m horizontally, the mixer pump can serve pouring areas at different positions without requiring the equipment to be placed directly beside every working point.
