Weighing accuracy: ±0.5% for aggregate, ±0.25% for bitumen and mineral powder. Multiple asphalt formulas can be stored and recalled with one‑click, flexibly producing ordinary and modified asphalt mixtures to match construction proportion requirements for all‑grade highways in Uzbekistan.

2. Special Thermal‑Insulation & Anti‑Freeze Upgrade for Frigid Climate

Targeting Uzbekistan’s frigid winter and huge day‑night temperature difference, we added thickened thermal‑insulation layers for bitumen tanks, bitumen pipelines and hot‑aggregate bins. Additional thermal insulation is provided for the mixing tower and control room. Low‑temperature anti‑corrosion & anti‑freeze spraying for whole‑machine steel structures. Drainage and anti‑freeze design for equipment foundation to avoid ice‑damage caused by accumulated water in winter. Heat loss is minimized to guarantee normal production in cold seasons.

3. Dual‑Fuel Combustion System for Local Natural‑Gas Resources

Equipped with dual‑fuel burner, using natural‑gas as main fuel and diesel as backup. It takes full advantage of abundant local natural‑gas resources to greatly cut fuel operating cost. Seamless switch to diesel when natural‑gas supply is interrupted, avoiding production loss and keeping project progress unaffected by gas‑supply issues.

4. Voltage‑Stabilizing Protection & Russian‑Language PLC Control

Whole electrical system is adapted for Uzbekistan power supply, equipped with voltage‑stabilizing protection device to resist grid‑voltage fluctuation and prevent control‑system alarm shutdown. PLC touch‑screen control system supports Russian‑language interface with auto/manual dual‑modes.
